Numerous beauty brands launch digital campaign regularly with the aim to drive customer to redeem product samples at offline locations. What BareMinerals would like to tackle is opening up new communication channel and also improvement of the customer experience during the registration process.

Solution

We migrated the whole registration process to an interactive chatbot experience. Customers were able to complete the whole process within the brand’s Facebook page. Furthermore, the brand were then able to blast out second wave of promotion thru messenger in the future, hence a new effective communication channel.
