Background

An exclusive Pre-sales registration event was launched for the legendary Toyota Supra. The aim was to enhance the workflow efficiency and effectively capture and consolidate potential buyer information, while providing a seamless digital O2O customer experience.

Challenges

In the previous launch, it was difficult for Toyota sales team to centralize and keep track of every customer’s info Also, it was a hassle for the customer when the salesperson attempted multiple communications in order to complete the registration and provide the customers with sales material. Most importantly, requesting pre-payment deposit was the most troublesome procedure . Collection of documentation & human error complicated the task.

Objective

We would like to create a hub to consolidate all customer information and activity data, and which at the same time provide a easy and intuitive registration/pre-payment process for potential buyers.
