Challenge

Good luck and fortune are of essence to everyone going to the casino. During Chinese New Year of 2018, Wynn Macau Hotel wishes to draw new members and attract more local & international audience to visit their casino through a lucky draw activation

Solutions

An Interactive kiosk was deployed that mimics Chinese fortune telling sticks. Upon the completion of the campaign, the audience receives a fortune messages on a printed ticket with a discount barcode to nearby F&B stores.

Results

There were 120,000 participation during the campaign period and acquired 40,000 new membership.  The coupon redemption rate recorded was over 32%.
