Introduction

Thursday Plantation launched the new mask series products on October 2019. The brand decided to hold an offline event in Sydney to strengthen the relationship with customers. To provide a better experience, the brand engaged with Prizm to deliver the key benefits of the products through a digital way.

 

Results

After discussing with the client and understanding key features of mask products, Prizm developed a photo shooting game on iPad, which allowed users to receive product recommendations by answering a few questions about their skin condition and product preferences.

When users received product recommendations, they could take a virtual experience on different products by taking pictures. The filter function of the game enabled users to find their skin condition when they choose any of the products. Users may have a very intuitive feeling on different features of each product so that to help users to choose the right product for themselves.
