Talking about the famous Chinese dessert and beverage brand in Auckland, you can't ignore WuCha. After launched the first store in early 2018, WuCha expanded the business at a very fast speed. Today, they have established 9 branch stores in Auckland.

At the early stage of business, WuCha engaged with Prizm to operate their WeChat official account hoping to establish a channel to connect and interact with customers and form a long-term relationship with them.

Considering the majority customers of bubble tea is the young generation, Prizm focused on creating the contents to attract young people and finished plenty of cartoon-style designs.

The advantage of H5 game is integrated products with specific marketing themes. To achieve the high-frequency communication between the brand and customers, Prizm chooses to have more H5 game element in the campaign to deepen users' impression on their brand and products.

Moreover, for the top winners of H5 game, WuCha will send different types of vouchers for them. It improves sales conversion significantly while encouraging other users to participate game for the next time.

After 1 year of operation, WuCha accumulated more than 5000 followers in the social media account.
