Objectives
Prizm were responsible for the management of both the Facebook and Instagram platform for Mercedes Benz. The channels shoulder the aim of promoting the brand's image to both its loyal customers and new prospects. The challenge lies in maintaining the brand's persona and luxury image yet creating content that is engaging in the social media world.
Strategy
In order to evoke resonance and create relevancy with the local Hong Kong audience, our art team proposed to perform the photoshooting in remarkable locations around the city with strong local elements. Copywriting on Instagram were polished to reflect both the classy branding of Mercedes yet being social friendly.
Results
The audience size were increased by 20% over the 1.5 year under our management, and more than 80,000 interactions were recorded during the period. It was particularly encouraging that the social media channel became on of the major platforms for product enquiry.
