Mooncakes are a traditional gift for Corporates to express their appreciation to business partners during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is one of the annual biggest sales events for Häagen-Dazs's signature ice-cream mooncake. Paper vouchers are sold in store and online. That made it extremely difficult when corporates are sending out hundreds of them.

The solution

We revamped the e-comerce portal that in the past only allows customer to purchase voucher sin bulk and send to one receiver. Now office admin and secretary are able to input the emails/contact of multiple receivers or even upload an excel file to the system, and the portal will deliver the voucher with an unique QR code. to each recipient. The system is integrated with the POS at the store as to handle real time voucher validation.
