Challenges
Running a restaurant and handling with a massive amount of booking enquiries has always been a hassle for F&B owners. It involves manual booking recording and confirmation, not to mention it might lead to dropouts due to impatient customers hanging up on phones. Previously, outlets especially buffets are suffering from no-show since they are not able to collect payments or deposit from customers over the phone call.
Solution
We developed a reservation system which allows restaurant outlet to create campaigns on the self-service platform. A unique landing page is created for each campaign, for instance, Mother's day offer & Easter offerings. Different modules on the platform allow restaurants to set quota for each day part / timeslot, and also various discount schemes for marketing purpose. The platform accepts multi form of digital payments such as VISA/Master/Alipay/Wechatpay.
Purchase Validation
An iPad will be used at the front desk to scan the unique QR code received by the customer upon successful transaction.
