Background
For KFC’s Limited Time Offer’s campaigns(LTO) we digitalize the booking/purchasing process and made it easier for customers to buy. We integrated data collection strategies and tracking into each campaign and extracted vital information for succeeding campaigns. Using the insights we gathered we implemented improvements that greatly increased conversions of new and existing customers.
Challenge
Previous Limited Time Offers (LTO) campaigns are conducted using traditional channels, it didn’t provide a way to encourage the audience to convert immediately
