Meta Hong Kong aims to showcase the profound impact of its products in empowering creators and brands of all scales, from international industry leaders to local SMEs.

 

By delving into compelling stories of renowned brands and creators who have successfully utilized Meta products like Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, Reels, and WhatsApp Business, we highlight their remarkable achievements and the positive feedback from business owners.

 

Challenge

Despite the prevalence of similar approaches used by various platforms and brands, our campaign strives to provide a fresh perspective that inspires viewers with innovative ideas. Through visually engaging animations and approachable presentations of brand stories, we emphasize the distinct advantages that Meta products bring to the table.

Our goal is to demonstrate how these invaluable tools seamlessly enhance communication integration, raise brand awareness, and elevate customer experiences, ultimately fueling business growth and increasing brand exposure.

 

Objectives

We aim to show:

  • How Meta assists international and SME businesses using tools like Instagram Direct, Instagram Reels, and WhatsApp Business.
  • How these tools help consolidate touchpoints, build strong customer relationships, and provide exceptional experiences.
  • How businesses can convert opportunities into tangible results by utilizing Meta’s technologies

 

Our Role

  • Prizm played a crucial role as facilitators and coordinators, overseeing and managing every stage of the campaign. Our responsibilities included aligning and negotiating with various parties while understanding their specific needs. We focused on ensuring their satisfaction and addressing the pain points mentioned earlier.

 

Our Strategy involved

  • Utilizing creative and dynamic content and visuals to make the campaign more engaging.
  • Conducting interviews from a firsthand perspective to highlight the usage and empower the potential of Meta.
  • Showcasing Meta's possibilities from different scales, angles, and directions by featuring international brands like McDonald's Hong Kong, local SMEs and creators like Moni Jewellery, and Paper Art Artist.

 

The Sparkling Spots

  • We adopted the main theme "Make it _______. Make it Meta." to establish a connection between Meta and the involved brands:
    • McDonald's Hong Kong: Make it Closer. Make it Meta.
    • Moni Jewellery: Make it Personal. Make it Meta.
    • Vika Cheng: Make it Alive. Make it Meta.

  • We made excellent choices in selecting interviewees, featuring a diverse mix of well-known brands, SMEs, and individuals. This allowed us to explore how different businesses effectively utilize Meta's platforms.
  • With careful consideration, we selected the most impactful sound bites at a dynamic pace. While some interviews may have been lengthy and slow-paced, we curated the content with a quick pace to present a concise and engaging narrative.

 

Result

The campaign has yielded impressive results, particularly in terms of video views and engagement rate.
