Introduction

Over the years, Dior had experienced several challenges during their fashion show events. Among the invitation list are celebrities, special guests and VIPs, not only were they there to appreciate Dior’s elaborate seasonal showcase but also to discover new designer pieces for their dresser collection. In the past, frontline staff had to serve VIPs with inefficient physical order forms. Inventory cannot be effectively controlled, and customer data aren’t consolidated to reflect sales results.

Challenge

Every season Dior would be hosting a private event for their VVIPs to purchase the glamourous masterpieces from runway shows. Dior hopes to enhance the customer experience by integrating digital components to smoothen the sales process.

Solution

To improve the logistical management, PRIZM developed an E-order portal to facilitate the purchasing process for frontline staff members and enhanced customer experience. The system can be adapted to various campaigns and events, all items are updated in the database enabling customers to view in real-time the latest selection and quota via an Ipad. Staff members can search inventory across multiple store location to fulfil order demands. The admin panel also provides comprehensive reports that could be used for segmentation, loyalty programs, and further analysis.

Results

Besides providing business solution to lessen operation, we also performed data analysis by VVIP’s RFM model with the transaction data & purchase behavior. A 29% Increase in sales was estimated comparing to previous event The same system was launched to various APAC countries (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore).
